We are looking for a dynamic Solutions Consultant (Residential Solar) to join our team in Selangor! In this role, you will transform company-provided leads into successful closings, owning the end-to-end customer journey from first contact to final handover.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Management: Effectively manage and convert company-generated leads assigned daily.
• End-to-End Sales: Take full ownership of the sales process from lead assignment to final customer handover.
• Expert Consultation: Provide tailored solar solutions by understanding the specific energy needs of potential clients.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through thorough follow-ups and service excellence.
• Pipeline Coordination: Collaborate with the team for smooth post-sale transitions.
• Financial Milestone Tracking: Monitor and follow up on project payment milestones (Deposit, 70% pre-installation, and 30% post-completion), ensuring smooth project progression and alignment with commission payouts.
