Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and drive business analysis across digital innovation projects. This role focuses on understanding business needs, analyzing workflows, translating requirements into practical solutions, and supporting the delivery of AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across digital, web, mobile, and AI-related projects.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.

• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, designers, developers, and project teams to translate business needs into implementable solutions.

• Identify business pain points, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for workflow improvement through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

• Support solution design by bridging business requirements with technical implementation, including APIs, system logic, and integration needs.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to align expectations and gather clear requirements.

• Prepare clear documentation, presentations, process maps, and project insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Define UAT scenarios, support testing, and validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.

• Contribute to change management, user adoption, and post-launch support.

• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and support iterative delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, digital projects, IT consulting, or a related client-facing role.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution documentation.

• Experience working with web, mobile, or digital product teams.

• Familiarity with AI concepts, AI-enabled workflows, automation, and modern digital tools.

• Ability to translate business rules into functional requirements, workflow logic, or technical specifications.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of UAT, testing support, and quality validation.

• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Clickup.

• Bonus: exposure to AI agents, automation tools, or workflow platforms.
