General Description This position is to:
- Lead and manage our existing IT team (2-3 pp team)
- Support build/change system from structure, design, build and launch stage
- Maintain existing SharePoint document management, permissions, and workflows.
- Leading IT team to support end users, provide training and ongoing system maintenance.
- IT vendor management
- IT security and risk management
- IT overall architect and infrastructure review/recommendation
- Bring practical AI knowledge and recommend sound automation solution
Responsibilities IT Team Management - Lead, manage, mentor and supervise IT team
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular reviews.
Take ownership and collaborate with Project Manager and stakeholders to build /change system including UAT, structure sound IT solution to support complex workflow, help troubleshoot in post implementation phase.
Evaluate and optimize organizational IT architect
Own Microsoft 365, SharePoint & AI Tools
- Administer and maintain M365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for staff.
- Manage SharePoint document libraries, permissions, and properly configured to support new system.
Evaluate and Implement Practical AI Tools - Active explore sound and safe AI tools, drive and train staff on responsible use (data privacy, prompt basics, limitations).
IT Security - Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies. Drive cyber security compliance and data protection measures
- Conduct regular security risk assessments, drive preventive measures and staff training
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint protection (antivirus, patch management).
- Monitor for security incidents and lead response if breaches occur.
Requirements - 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Proven experience in system implementation or major upgrades
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online (site architecture, permissions, metadata), and OneDrive.
- Experience managing vendors and system budgets.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills in English and Cantonese (to work with local staff and external partners).
- Understanding of data security and basic compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
- Team player, able to think and support organization in a holistic approach
