We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Equity Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible doing in-depth industry and company research to support the investment decision of portfolio manager. You will need to do research on various sectors, mostly cyclical sectors in US, Japan or Europe markets.

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct research and analysis on companies, industries, and markets to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

·         Prepare investment reports, presentations, and other relevant materials.

·         Stay informed about developments in industry and companies.

·         Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

·         More than 5 years’ experience in equity analysis of non-China market.

·         Have overseas education or work experience.

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify industry trends and discover investment thesis.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

·         Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

【任职要求】

2. 经验要求：5年以上二级市场股票研究经验，必须具备非中国市场（如美、日、欧等）的投研经验；

3. 专业能力：具备扎实的财务分析功底与敏锐的商业洞察力，能够独立挖掘行业趋势并构建完整的投资逻辑；

4. 语言能力：中英文双语精通，可作为工作语言进行流畅的书面及口头沟通；

5. 综合素质：具备优秀的沟通协调能力与抗压能力，既能独立开展深度研究，也能在快节奏的团队中高效协作。
