• Conduct research works and collect market insights
• Account for feasibility studies for the diversified retail and commercial portfolio
• Analyse business data and market trend to identify potential opportunities for business growth and development
• Preparation of presentation materials, written reports and proposals for top management

• Tertiary educated in Real Estate, Business, Economics or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated comprehensive market research experiences in property developers or research consultancies
• Meticulous, self-initiative with excellent analytical abilities
• Strong business acumen and market sense is highly preferrable
