REACT DIGI is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead digital projects across web, mobile, and marketing domains, while leveraging AI and automation to enhance delivery efficiency, decision-making, and team collaboration.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end digital projects (websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms) across multiple stakeholders

• Translate client requirements into clear project scopes, timelines, and execution plans

• Drive project delivery using structured project management methodologies and AI-assisted workflows

• Apply AI and automation to improve project tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency

• Conduct business analysis to identify requirements, risks, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle

• Oversee all project phases including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support

• Facilitate effective communication between clients, designers, developers, and internal teams

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and client presentations

• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in web/app or digital solution projects

• Strong IT project management experience with solid understanding of system implementation and delivery processes

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

• Solid business analysis skills with experience in requirement gathering and process improvement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying AI tools to improve project management efficiency and reporting

• Understanding of AI-driven workflows and automation concepts (agentic workflows is a plus)

• Familiarity with digital solution delivery environments and vendor coordination

• Ability to bridge business needs and technical teams effectively
