Role Description: The Website SEO Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the a Bukit Jalil, Cyberjaya and Ampang. This role is responsible for optimising the our group's website for search engines, including keyword research, on-page SEO, metadata optimisation, and monitoring site performance. Day-to-day tasks include updating and managing web content, coordinating with designers and writers to ensure SEO best practices, tracking analytics, and preparing performance reports. The coordinator will also support content planning, improve user experience, and ensure that online materials reflect the clinic’s brand, services, and values.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Project Management skills to coordinate stakeholders and manage timelines effectively.
• Candidates should possess Content Management and Web Content Writing skills to create, organise, and optimise website materials.
• Candidates should possess Web Design skills to collaborate on layout, usability, and SEO-friendly site structure.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research platforms) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is beneficial.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, healthcare or mental health-related websites, and knowledge of UX best practices is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site consistently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sensitivity when handling mental health-related content.
