Role Description

The UI/UX Designer will design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for Rebee Health’s web and mobile applications used by patients and healthcare practitioners. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with business team and developers, and refining designs based on user feedback and usability testing. The role also involves maintaining design systems, ensuring visual consistency across products, and translating complex clinical workflows into clear, accessible user interfaces.


This is a full-time hybrid role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.


Qualifications

  • Strong user interface design skills, including User Interface Design and Visual Design, with a portfolio demonstrating modern, accessible interfaces.
  • Experience creating design assets such as wireframes and Mockups, and working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including user flows, interaction patterns, and usability best practices.
  • Basic to intermediate Front-End Development knowledge (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with product managers, clinicians, and developers, communicating design decisions clearly.
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort iterating based on feedback and data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, HealthTech, or designing for wearables and IoT platforms is an advantage.
