Location: TTDI Jaya, Shah Alam
Industry: OEM Manufacturing (Cosmetics, Personal Care, Nutraceutical, Food & Beverage)

Are you passionate about purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain? Join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement operations that support our manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and services.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations to achieve the best value in terms of cost, quality, and lead time.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Finance to ensure timely material availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
• Monitor inventory requirements and support uninterrupted production.
• Maintain procurement documentation and supplier records.
• Assist in supplier negotiations and procurement cost-saving initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of procurement or purchasing experience will have an added advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, OEM, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, nutraceutical, food & beverage, or FMCG industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
