About the Management Trainee Program

This program is designed to develop future professionals and leaders within Nutech.

During the training period, you will gain hands-on experience by rotating across different departments to understand how the company operates.

You will be exposed to:

• Sales & Business Development
• Project Coordination
• Purchasing & Procurement
• Warehouse Operations
• Production Planning
• Mechanical Engineering
• Customer Service
• Warehouse Automation Solutions

Upon successful completion of the program, you may be assigned to a permanent role based on your strengths and interests, such as:

• Sales Engineer
• Project Engineer
• Mechanical Design Engineer
• Business Development Executive
• Project Coordinator
• Operations Executive
• Future Management Team

Key Responsibilities

• Learn about the company's products, services, and warehouse storage solutions.
• Assist in customer enquiries, quotations, and project follow-ups.
• Participate in customer site visits and project meetings.
• Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, production, and installation teams.
• Support project planning and execution.
• Learn warehouse automation systems, including Shuttle Systems and ASRS.
• Assist in improving internal workflows and operational processes.
• Participate in AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Complete assigned training tasks and development programs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Business Administration
• Marketing
• Supply Chain
• Or any related discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and able to work independently.
• Willing to work across different departments.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport is preferred.
