Responsibilities:

• Perform job advertisement, screening, selection & interview
• Prepare HR letters and maintain HR policy
• Conduct staff orientation and training
• Maintain employee database
• Calculate salary and process payroll using Million system & Excel
• Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
• Liaise with the Government authority, HR related agency and foreign worker agency
• Assist Human Resources Executive in day-to-day operations
