Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare payment vouchers and record transactions in the CODA system for operational expenses, office utilities, and suppliers.

2. Follow up on supplier invoices and Statements of Account (SOA), ensuring all invoices are properly recorded within the respective month.

3. Prepare and perform creditors’ reconciliation by matching Accounts Payable (AP) aging with third-party statements.

4. Attend and support internal and external audits related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

5. Perform bank reconciliation on a timely basis.

6. Assist the Head of Unit (HOU) as and when required.

7. Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.

8. Prepare and issue invoices to clients in an accurate and timely manner.

9. Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of payments.

10. Record payment receipts and payment advice received from clients into the CODA system.

11. Assist the Assistant Manager of Accounts and Finance when required.

12. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, customer registrations, and other account-related documentation.

13. Follow up on quotations, customer feedback, and order confirmations.

14. Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting and related records.

15. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance (professional qualifications are an advantage).

· 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to GL and/or credit control.

· Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle/Netsuite preferred).

· Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

· Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

· Full-time position, based in [Kemuning Prima].

· May require extended hours during closing periods.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
