We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure that supports business-critical applications and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, security specialists, system administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable cloud solutions that optimize performance, availability, and operational efficiency.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing cloud environments across public, private, or hybrid cloud platforms. You will support infrastructure provisioning, system automation, application hosting, network configuration, and cloud resource optimization while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards and operational best practices.

Key responsibilities include designing cloud architectures, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), managing virtual networks, storage, compute resources, identity and access management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery solutions. You will monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, optimize system performance, and support application deployment across multiple environments.

You will collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, improve system reliability, and enhance operational processes. The role also involves managing cloud security controls, monitoring resource utilization, controlling cloud costs, and recommending improvements that increase scalability, resilience, and efficiency.

In addition, you will maintain technical documentation, support incident response and root cause analysis, participate in architecture reviews, evaluate emerging cloud technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen cloud operations and platform reliability.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure architecture, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, ARM Templates, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps best practices.
• Understanding of Linux and Windows server administration, networking protocols, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, identity and access management (IAM), encryption, compliance, and governance.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Operations Suite, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity planning.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high operational standards.
• Professional certifications related to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure are considered an advantage.
