You will undergo comprehensive hands-on training across all logistics functions while progressively developing the leadership, operational and decision-making skills required to manage a high-performing logistics team. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be expected to take on the role of Logistics Supervisor, leading a team of 4–5 logistics personnel.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who aspire to build a long-term career in supply chain leadership within the aerospace MRO industry.

  • Coaching and guiding logistics personnel as leadership responsibilities progressively increase.
  • Monitoring team productivity, discipline and operational performance.

Progression to Logistics Supervisor will be based on demonstrated competency, leadership capability, operational performance and readiness to lead a team independently.

This programme is designed for individuals who aspire to become leaders, not just supervisors. Successful candidates will be mentored to develop the technical expertise, decision-making ability and people leadership skills required to manage a high-performing logistics team in a regulated aerospace environment.
