Job Description
Responsibilities
Main Tasks:
1. Guest Rooms
* Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards (making beds, vacuuming, dusting, sanitising)
* Replenish toiletries, towels, coffee/tea supplies, and linens
* Follow proper SOP for lost & found handling
2. Public Areas
* Maintain cleanliness of corridors, staircases, elevators, and service areas
* Ensure housekeeping trolleys and storage rooms are neat and well-stocked
Requirements:
* Independent, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
* Physically fit as workload can be demanding, especially during peak check-out hours (11am–3pm)
* Comfortable climbing staircases as our hotels are located in shophouses
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
Details:
* Working Days: 6 days per week
* Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Salary: $2,000/month (inclusive of $100/month for working all PHs)
* Annual Leave: 7 days
* Medical Benefits: $200 annually (under our Care Plan panel)
* Work Area: Chinatown, Boat Quay & Bugis
