Job Description:

• Responsible for production and documentation of BIM model and prepare submission/shop/ fabrication/ as-built drawings using BIM software like Autodesk Revit and Tekla Structures.
• In charge of all drawing and BIM model development required by the projects.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Team and Engineers to prepare the tender, method statement and presentation with Sketchup and other software.
• Implement and improve structural steel connections design based on practical, competitive and economical approach.
• Perform clash detection and coordination between the stee structure and other building elements within the BIM model to ensure smooth installation on site.
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with quality and well-presentation.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues and other BIM Modellers.
• Able to undertake any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 –5 years’ work experience in structural steel detailing, modelling and drafting.
• Proficient in Tekla Structures and other drafting software as job required. Able to produce structural modelling and drawing rapidly in advanced quality, accuracy and appearance.
• Good knowledge on engineering drawing standards and authority requirements.
• Proactive, cooperative and supportive work attitude.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6:00pm
