Responsibilities
Duration: 3 + 3 months
Salary: $5000 to $7000

Job Duties:
Learning Programme Sourcing & Curation
Identify and curate relevant learning programmes to strengthen core communications competencies.
Source, evaluate, and package training modules and materials from external providers.
Maintain and continuously improve a structured learning resource that maps courses to defined competencies and proficiency levels.
Plan and execute communications‑focused webinars, including engagement of industry practitioners and subject‑matter experts.
Manage end‑to‑end webinar operations, from coordination and logistics to post‑event follow‑up.
Coordinate an annual learning calendar and support quarterly planning +cycles.
Build and expand partnerships with training institutions and industry professionals.
Requirements:
Relevant 3-7 experience in learning and development, capability development, or a related field or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in sourcing and curating training programmes.
Strong project management, coordination, and organisational skills.
