We are hiring a mid-to-senior level recruiter with agency experience, preferably in legal recruitment. You will handle full-cycle recruitment, advise on market trends, and guide candidates. The ideal recruiter will excel in this position if they are able to successfully fulfill the clients' needs by matching suitable candidates with the client's recruiting requirements. The recruiter needs to be able to source and qualify candidate leads, understanding the legal profession and the related law firm/company in order to become an effective talent acquisition partner.
