MG Plus Hiring! Full Time Site Supervisor in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Mg Plus Sdn Bhd is a one-stop interior fit-out, project management and construction company with expertise in corporate offices, developer projects, hospitality, retail, malls, residences, and large-scale building. We are looking for a dynamic Site Supervisor to oversee and ensure the successful execution of our construction projects. This role requires hands-on management, coordination, and supervision to maintain the highest standards in design and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of interior design projects, including budgeting, tendering, scheduling, quality control, and progress monitoring.
• Oversee the implementation of on-site works, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project plans.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with drawings, specifications, and construction plans, following procedural and safety standards.
• Prepare and update daily reports, verify project progress, and attend site meetings to keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate and liaise with trade contractors, interior design consultants, and other relevant professionals to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Work efficiently under pressure to complete projects within stipulated timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties as required by management.
  
  

Requirements & Quanlifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Project Management, Engineering (Civil), or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in interior renovation, structural construction, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong technical knowledge of local planning and building requirements and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (preferable).
• Solid understanding of architectural and construction principles with strong technical planning skills.
• Self-motivated and hardworking, with great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Preferably candidates with senior-level experience in architecture or interior design.
