Job Description

Responsibilities

About us

At Advanced Flavors & Fragrances, we create the flavours that people across the Asia-Pacific enjoy every day. We are an independent, Singapore-based flavour house, and our Senoko site is where our creations become finished product, made to exacting food-safety standards. Our people are the reason we keep raising the bar, and we are always looking for talented individuals to grow with us.

Your role

As a Production Executive, you play a hands-on part in bringing our flavours to life. Working within the production team and reporting to the Plant Manager, you help run daily manufacturing operations to plan, to specification, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities

  • Carry out daily production activities, including compounding, blending, weighing, and batching, in line with production schedules and batch instructions.

  • Prepare, label, and record production and customer samples, keeping them traceable and getting them to Quality, Creation, or Sales as needed.

  • Operate and monitor production equipment, run basic checks, and escalate faults promptly.

  • Follow and uphold food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards on the floor, including GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and our bizSAFE requirements.

  • Complete accurate batch and production records and ensure full traceability of materials and finished product.

  • Support the weighing and dispensing of raw materials and coordinate with the store on material movements.

  • Work with the Quality team to ensure product meets specification, and help resolve any deviations.

  • Keep the production area clean, organised, and audit-ready through good housekeeping and 5S.

  • Support continuous improvement and follow standard operating procedures.

Your profile

  • A Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. A degree is an advantage.

  • Around 1 to 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing, ideally in food, flavour, fragrance, or a related industry.

  • Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices, with a strong safety mindset.

  • Comfortable with production documentation and digital systems.

  • Meticulous, reliable, and a genuine team player who works well on a busy production floor.

  • Willing to work OT where required
