Job Scope:

Administrative duties

• Receptionist functions & front-desk operations
• Coordinate transport services
• Provide logistics coordination
• Handle students who are ill or injured, including accompany students to hospital (when necessary only)
• Attend to incoming phone calls, walk-in and email queries
• Mail sorting
• Simple administrative works such as filing
• Assist in processing Financial Assistance Scheme for students
• Other duties or financial tasks assigned by administration manager or school leaders.

CCA related duties

• Help to take photographs and videos during key events
• Touch up and edit photographs and videos
• Assist to upload edited photographs and videos on social media

Publications & Promotions Committee

• Consolidate RAMS reports
• Assist teachers during competitions
• School celebrations, eg Speech Day, Arts Panache, sports carnival etc

Risk assessment management

• Consolidate RAMS reports

School Events

• Assist teachers during competitions
• School celebrations, e.g. Speech Day, Arts Panache, Sports Carnival

Requirements:

• At least GCE 'A' level or equivalent
• Microsoft office skills
• Good communication and written skills
• Experience in administration
• Preferably have photography/videography/multi-media skills

Working Hours: 2 shifts
Shift #1

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunchbreak
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Shift #2

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunchbreak
• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundaysand gazetted public holidays

Contract Period: 1 year (1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027) (option to extend from 1 Jan 2028 to 31 Dec 2028)
