Key Responsibilities

• Carry out land and engineering surveys for MRT, LTA, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects.
• Perform site setting-out, control surveys, topographical surveys, and as-built surveys.
• Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
• Conduct precise measurements to support construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Verify alignment, levels, coordinates, and dimensions throughout the construction process.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors regarding survey requirements.
• Ensure all survey work complies with LTA specifications, project requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in:Land SurveyingGeomaticsCivil EngineeringGeospatial EngineeringOr related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of surveying experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in MRT, LTA, viaduct, tunnel, bridge, or major civil engineering projects is highly preferred.
• Proficient in operating Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and surveying software.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with site teams.
• Good understanding of survey control, setting-out, and construction surveying practices.
• Willing to work on-site across various project locations in Singapore.
