Role Overview
Love coffee and enjoy hands-on technical work? Join Tanamera Coffee as a Coffee Technician, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our coffee machines perform at their best. You'll be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining coffee equipment across our outlets and customer locations, helping us deliver exceptional coffee experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities
Install, set up, relocate, and retrieve coffee machines.
Perform preventive maintenance and servicing for coffee machines at outlets and client sites.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and carry out repairs on coffee equipment.
Calibrate fully automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines to ensure consistent beverage quality.
Respond promptly to service requests to minimise equipment downtime.
Maintain service records and report technical issues when required.
Keep tools, spare parts, and work areas clean and organised.
Assist with monthly inventory and spare parts stock counts.
Adhere to workplace safety standards and company policies.
What We're Looking For
NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in equipment servicing or technical maintenance (coffee machine experience is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Physically fit and comfortable handling equipment and machinery.
Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage.
Independent, proactive, and a good problem solver with strong communication skills.
