Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Service Crew to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the premises, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain high service standards during permanent night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Process customer payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
• Assist in replenishing stock and maintaining inventory.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Able to work 44 hours per week on permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced working environment.
