Responsibilities:-

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Prepare GST schedule for quarterly submission to IRAS
• Process supplier invoices and customer billings
• Consolidate supplier invoices monthly to prepare for timely payment processing
• Manage the cashflow by monitoring on the accounts receivables collection and liaising with customers
• Support month-end and year-end closing
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters to facilitate smooth operations
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation to ensure compliance
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:-

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to details and accuracy and ability to work independently
• Good communication, interpersonal and computing skills (MS Office applications)
• Strong teamwork, high level of responsibility and initiative to improve processes
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates/clients)
