Operations & Growth Executive

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure and conversations —you’ll handle procurement and logistics while personally managing businessenquiries, bulk-buy prospects, and trade collaborations from first contact todeal closure.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Procurement
- Process furniture orders with suppliers, ensuring correct specifications and pricing
- Track production timelines and shipment schedules; update stakeholders on ETAs
- Liaise with manufacturers on stock availability, defects, and delivery issues
- Maintain accurate inventory and incoming shipment records
Business Enquiries & Growth Support
- Handle all incoming B2B, corporate, and bulk-buy enquiries personally
- Conduct cold calls and cold emails to companies and commercial prospects
- Explore collaboration opportunities with Interior Designers and business partners
- Follow up leads promptly and manage discussions through to order confirmation
Trade & Partner Administration
- Act as the main contact for Interior Designers
- Manage referrals, track commissions, and support onboarding of new partners
- Ensure IDs have updated catalogs, fabric swatches, and price lists
General Administration
- Assist with quotations, invoicing, documentation, and filing
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Experience in administration, procurement, sales support, or operations preferred
- Experience in furniture, interior design, or renovation industry is a strong advantage
- Comfortable communicating with suppliers, Interior Designers, and business clients
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (inventory or accounting software is a plus)
