Key Responsibilities

• Payment Processing: Assist in processing payments for internal and third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
• Invoice Reconciliation: Help to reconcile invoices and payments to maintain accurate financial records.
• Data Management: Enter billing and payment records into various systems to ensure up-to-date financial information.
• Shipment Data Validation: Validate incoming shipment data for accurate billing process.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports with guidance from the seniors.

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economy or a relevant field.
• Available for a 6-month internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong Written and Verbal English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Available to join us in August/September 2026 onwards.
