Master Concept is a Google Cloud Premier Partner with Google Cloud Work Transformation Specialization and Location-Based Services Specialization. We are looking for a highly versatile Technical Solutions Engineer to drive technical success for our clients across the Southeast Asia (SEA) and North American markets. This is a high-impact role that bridges the gap between sales and engineering. You will be the technical face of our team—partnering with Sales during the pre-sales phase to architect winning solutions and leading post-sales technical implementation and long-term support.

The ideal candidate must be a Google Cloud expert, a proficient developer, and an AI-forward technologist who is comfortable navigating the latest Gemini API ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture

• Technical Evangelism: Conduct technical demos and presentations of GCP to prospective clients.
• Architecture Design: Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures leveraging GCP IaaS, PaaS, and Gemini APIs.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): Develop mini-prototypes or PoCs to demonstrate value to stakeholders.
• RFP/RFI Support: Address technical deep-dives in proposals and ensure technical feasibility.

2. Post-Sales & Technical Support

• Technical Onboarding: Guide customers through the integration of Gemini API and GCP cloud services.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Resolve technical issues (API errors, latency, quota management, and billing optimizations).
• Performance Optimization: Audit customer environments to ensure they are utilizing Google resources efficiently and cost-effectively.

3. Market Alignment

• Regional Support: Provide primary support for Malaysia, Singapore, and wider SEA clients.
• North America Coverage: Manage remote technical handovers or direct support for the NA market (requires flexibility with time zones and exceptional English proficiency).

Technical Skills & Requirements

Core Infrastructure & Development

• Google Cloud Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with GCP IaaS (Compute Engine, VPC, Cloud Storage) and PaaS (App Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions, BigQuery).
• Google AI: Hands-on experience with Gemini API, Gemini CLI, Antigravity
• Development Background: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, or Java).
• IaaC & DevOps: Familiarity with Terraform or Deployment Manager.

AI & Next-Gen Tools

• Gemini Ecosystem: Proficiency in integrating Gemini APIs for generative AI workflows.
• CLI Mastery: Familiarity with Gemini CLI or similar terminal-based AI tools, e.g. Claude Code, Codex CLI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Cloud Support, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Data Engineer certification is highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong listening skills.
• Good command in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin (spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
