Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between shareholders and hotel operators
  • Monthly report of financial results to shareholders
  • Arrangement of annual general meeting
  • Preparation of Board Director resolutions from time to time
  • Provide important reporting to shareholders from time to time
  • Making annual budget
  • Weekly meeting with General Manager of the Hotel for discussion of the various matters
  • Contacting the hotel operator on maximizing of profit
