• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers, establishing long-term, stable partnerships.
• Handle inquiries, price comparisons, price negotiations, and contract discussions to ensure competitive procurement costs.
• Control procurement budgets and costs to ensure alignment with project profit targets.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure the timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
• Maintain close communication with project, engineering, and warehouse departments to coordinate material supply plans.
• Address supply chain issues and supplier-related irregularities to mitigate project risks.
• Manage the procurement team, effectively allocating tasks and enhancing team performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, audit requirements, and relevant Singapore regulations.

Pay: $7,400.00 - $13,500.49 per month
