We are a wholesale distribution company looking for an Operations & AI/Data Assistant to support our daily operations and help improve our workflow using AI and data tools.

This role is suitable for someone who already has basic AI, data, or automation knowledge and is able to apply these skills in a practical business environment.

Main Responsibilities

* Prepare invoices, delivery orders, quotations, and basic sales documents

* Update inventory records and monitor stock movement

* Support coordination between sales, warehouse, delivery, and accounts

* Prepare product presentations and sales materials for customers

* Maintain product lists, price lists, and customer records

* Use AI and data tools to improve reporting, workflow, and daily operations

* Create simple reports or dashboards for sales, inventory, and customer analysis

* Help identify slow-moving stock, sales trends, and areas for improvement

* Suggest and implement practical ways to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

Requirements

* Diploma or certificate in AI, data analytics, business IT, business administration, logistics, accounting, or related fields

* Basic knowledge of AI tools, Excel, data analysis, and workflow automation

* Able to apply AI and data knowledge to real business operations

* Careful, organised, responsible, and willing to handle daily operational work

* Able to work with sales, accounts, warehouse, and management teams

* Knowledge of Power BI, Python, SQL, Canva, or accounting/inventory systems will be an advantage

* Fresh graduates with the right skills and attitude may apply

Noted：

This is a hands-on operations role with AI and data responsibilities. The successful applicant should be prepared to handle daily administrative and operational work while using AI and data tools to improve how the company works.

We are looking for someone who can contribute ideas, improve workflow, and help the company become more efficient.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
