Job Description

• Assist with daily accounting tasks which include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger (GL) maintenance and management of fixed asset registers and inventory management.

Who we are looking for:

• Undergraduates / Graduates with basic accounting experience, especially in the retail beauty industry.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Familiar with AP, AR and GL
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Students currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Singapore are welcome to apply.

Work Location: Orchard Road

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (WFH twice a month)

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per month
