Role Focus

As an Events Assistant, you will work alongside an experienced operations team to help deliver organised, engaging, and well-executed live events. You'll gain practical exposure to guest engagement, event coordination, and on-site operations while contributing to a seamless experience for attendees.

What You'll Do

• Assist with guest registration, reception, and attendee guidance.
• Support ushering, seating coordination, and crowd flow throughout events.
• Contribute to event setup, teardown, and general logistical coordination.
• Assist with programme timing and help ensure smooth transitions between activities.
• (Optional) Support basic event content creation through photography and short-form video capture.
