Logistics & Delivery

• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries across all brands.
• Plan delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely fulfilment.
• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve critical logistics issues promptly.
• Liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deliveries.

Customer Support

• Understand customers' catering event requirements and objectives.
• Recommend the most suitable catering packages and solutions based on their needs and budget.
• Provide prompt and professional support throughout the enquiry and booking process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are communicated accurately.

Catering Planning & Coordination

• Prepare detailed event order documents for the operations team.
• Coordinate event logistics, including manpower, equipment, and delivery requirements.
• Assign the most suitable drivers and operational team members for each event.
• Ensure all event details are accurately communicated to operations to facilitate seamless execution.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
