About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Alset International Limited as a Business Development Associate / Executive .

This role offers exposure to strategic business initiatives, investments, and partnerships across the Group’s business verticals. The candidate is eager to learn , takes initiative , and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant hands-on involvement in the businesses and visibility to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and market research to support investment and business decisions.
• Prepare presentation decks and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development of financial and valuation models for potential deals and business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business areas or strategic initiatives.
• Use AI tools and platforms to enhance research, analysis, and presentation output.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on ongoing projects.
• Provide analytical, administrative, and strategic support to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint , with the ability to produce clear and professional materials.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts (DCF, comparables, etc.).
• Independent, resourceful, and high-energy individual with a strong sense of ownership.
• Keen learner with curiosity about business, finance, and market dynamics.
• Comfortable using and experimenting with AI tools and digital platforms for productivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
