Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth: Design and pitch market-driven repair services, fee-based workshops, and B2B corporate ESG/CSR partnerships that directly promote our green mission and elderly empowerment.

Stakeholder Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with corporate clients, schools, and community partners to expand our social care network and green education initiatives.

Project & Impact Management: Take ownership of project governance and KPIs to maximize our environmental and social impact. Optimize workflows and digitize operations for continuous improvement.

Financial Sustainability: Actively monitor project income and expenses to hit revenue milestones and secure long-term self-financing goals.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Entrepreneurship, Marketing, ESG/Sustainability, or related fields.

Experience: 3–5 years in Business Development, Corporate Account Management, B2B Sales, or Social Enterprise operations.

Mindset & Soft Skills: A target-oriented yet empathetic and personable team player. You are highly adaptable, value open communication, and are always eager to collaborate and continuously improve. Strong boardroom pitching skills are required.

Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours (including some weekends/evenings) to maximize community reach across different social strata.

Advantage: Background in corporate sustainability or digital workflow optimization is highly preferred.

What We Offer

Meaningful Impact: Lead the transformation of a mission-driven charity into a robust circular-economy social enterprise.

Network Building: Direct exposure to corporate executives and public sector partners.

Human-centric Culture: A supportive, collaborative environment that values empathy, open discussions, and creative trial-and-error for continuous systemic improvement.
