Responsibilities
Reporting to senior regional stakeholders, you will be accountable for driving programme execution from planning through to go-live, ensuring alignment with regional standards, local regulatory requirements, and business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver a large-scale banking platform transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead country-wide delivery of a strategic Core Banking transformation programme.
Establish strong governance, programme controls, and executive reporting.
Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
Drive stakeholder engagement across senior country, regional, and global leadership teams.
Oversee solution implementation, data migration, UAT, business readiness, training, and cutover activities.
Ensure regulatory, operational, and business requirements are successfully met.
Profile
Requirements:
20+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
Proven leadership of large-scale banking or core banking transformation programmes.
Experience managing complex, cross-border stakeholder environments.
Strong programme governance, risk management, and vendor management expertise.
Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering mission-critical change initiatives.
Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
