Responsibilities
Founded in 1883, the Ladies’ Recreation Club (LRC) is a private members’ club situated in the heart of Hong Kong Island surrounded by the greenery at the Mid-Levels. Job Responsibilities:
Offer warm welcome to members and visitors at the Front Desk
Coordinate activities of the Front Desk ensuring members and guests receive prompt and professional attention including but not limited to greeting members/visitors, answering inquiries’, events reservation, handling phone calls and courier/mailing service
Enforce the rules and regulations of the club
Assist in handling emergency situations
Assist in administrative duties
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year relevant working experience in the hospitality industry / property management
Pleasant and attention to details
Excellent manner and communications skills
Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
Working on shifts including weekend and public holidays required
