Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations and bookkeeping tasks

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

• Input accounting data and process invoices

• Handle Company Directors’ expense claims and process reimbursements in compliance with internal policies

• Assist Accounting staff with organizing, filing, and maintaining confidentiality of financial records and documents

• Assist Project Team to handle procurement and logistics matters

• Perform other duties assigned by the company as needed

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong team player with excellent multitasking and time management skills.

• At least 6 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in full-set accounts and closing. Solid working experience in Engineering or Construction field is preferable.

• Proficient in MYOB, MS Office, particularly Excel

• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
