Job Responsibilities:

Tender Estimation:

• Prepare cost estimation for tender, financial proposals and budget control.

Engineering Drawings:

• Create and modify details engineering drawings using AutoCAD.

Project Monitoring:

• Monitor project status, site progress and ensure timely completion within schedule.

Sub-Contractor Liaison:

• Coordinate and liaise closely with sub-contractors, clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

Education:

• Higher Certificate or Diploma holder in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related

disciplines.

Technical Skills:

• Filiar with Auto CAD (full proficiency is not mandatory).

Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Building Service projects (Electrical scope is

Preferred).

Industry Focus:

• Prior working experience in Data Centre project is highly preferred.
