Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

* Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.

根据公司标准制作并提供饮料。

* Take customer orders and handle payments.

负责顾客点单及收银工作。

* Recommend menu items and provide friendly customer service.

向顾客介绍饮品并提供亲切服务。

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.

维持店铺整洁及卫生。

* Refill ingredients and monitor stock levels.

补充原料并检查库存。

* Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

与团队合作，确保门店日常运营顺畅。

* Follow food safety and operational procedures.

遵守食品安全及操作流程。

Job Requirements / 任职要求

* No experience required; training will be provided.

无需经验，公司提供培训。

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Friendly, responsible, and punctual.

亲切、有责任感、守时。

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

能适应快节奏工作环境。

* Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to roster.

能配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作。

* Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin are an advantage.

具备英语、马来语或中文沟通能力者优先。
