Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operations, customer service, and team development? We're looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations, drive team performance, and ensure operational excellence while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient customer service, cashiering, and administrative processes.
• Act as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) in the absence of the Branch Manager and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and audit readiness.
• Manage cash operations, including float preparation, daily reconciliation, and secure handling of pledged items through regular stock verification.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment by enforcing security procedures and proactively identifying operational risks.
• Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve high performance while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Monitor branch sales performance, support the achievement of KPIs, and provide timely operational and performance reports to Management.
• Assist in auction activities, company campaigns, and other business initiatives as required.
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification with 3–5 years of experience in retail, financial services, or branch operations, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, stock control, and branch operational procedures.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with good numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based reporting systems.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively under pressure while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and asset security.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
