Position: OMS Technician

Location: Shah Alam

Salary: RM 3,800 – RM 4,000

Shift: 12-hour shift (2 shifts rotation)

Coverage: 24 hours x 5 days (Monday – Friday)

Contract: 1-year contract (renewable)

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for packaging production lines (Line A & Line B).
• Monitor and maintain OMS systems and production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for mechanical and electrical components.
• Support production operations by responding quickly to equipment issues during shifts.
• Assist in identifying root causes of machine or system failures and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting actions, and maintenance activities.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure optimal line performance.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety procedures and operational standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of industrial machines, electrical systems, or mechanical equipment.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Willing to work on-site in a production or manufacturing environment.

Criteria:

• Allowances are entitled only when the employee is present at work.
• Must complete minimum 12 hours of working time to qualify for shift allowance

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
