Job Summary

The Senior Warehouse Executive supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing warehouse operations, inventory planning, and coordination with project and procurement teams to ensure efficient material flow for M&E construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising overall warehouse operations and workforce management.
• Manage and guide warehouse workers, including task assignment and performance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and replenishment planning.
• Monitor and reconcile daily material movements, deliveries, and returns.
• Work closely with procurement, project, and site teams to align deliveries with project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Support preparation of inventory, manpower, and operational reports for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in M&E or construction industry.
• Good IT and reporting skills (Autocount, Excel, Microsoft Word, etc).
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and hands-on.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,700.00 per month
