Job Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation to walk-in and online customers, helping them choose the perfect piece for their special occasions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized recommendations and attentive service.
• Host live selling sessions on social media to engage customers, showcase products, and drive sales.
• Work closely with a passionate team to create memorable shopping moments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, including after-sales follow-ups.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor insights to stay ahead in the industry.
