Position : Account Executive

Location : Petaling Jaya Selatan

Salary : RM 2,500 – RM 3,200

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8am – 6pm)

Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support reporting and reconciliation activities. The role is essential in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the finance team’s overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare billing, monitor collections, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Manage creditor accounts and follow up on outstanding payables.
• Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash processing.
• Maintain proper financial records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Assist in preparing management reports in accordance with accounting standards.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to start immediately; experience in PJ area is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
