• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in system development, RPA, AI solutions, data management, and business process improvement is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of VBA, VB.NET, SQL, Power BI and Excel data handling is preferred.
• Analyse business requirements and propose system solutions.
• Develop, update, and implement system solutions based on business needs.
• Perform programming and system enhancement activities.
• Support ERP system maintenance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage system backup activities according to schedule.
• Assist in computer system optimisation and IT-related improvements.
• Support environmental, safety, and company compliance requirements.
