Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present food in accordance with the company's recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation across all menu items.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supervisor or purchasing team to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times in compliance with company SOPs and relevant regulations.
• Minimise food wastage through proper stock rotation, storage, and portion control while maintaining product quality.
• Work closely with the outlet management team to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
