About the Role

Ms Bianca is a well established nightclub and lounge in Bukit Damansara, known for its vibrant nightlife scene and themed events. We're looking for a creative, proactive and trend savvy Social Media Freelancer to grow the Ms Bianca brand across Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.

This is a freelance, work from home role with flexible working hours. You'll need to visit the venue once to twice a week for content drop-off/ delivery, and you may also be required to work on-site during weekend events to capture content live.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, create and execute engaging social media content.
• Shoot photo and video content at the venue.
• Edit short form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
• Manage and schedule daily social media postings.
• Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram and viral content trends.
• Brainstorm creative campaign and content ideas.
• Coordinate with our designer on weekly and event artwork.
• Write engaging captions and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram & TikTok).
• Skilled in short form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar).
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms and viral content.
• Good photography and videography skills using a smartphone or camera.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working during evenings and weekends when content capture is required.
• Passionate about lifestyle, nightlife, food & beverage or hospitality is a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Simple graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
• Poster or promotional artwork design.
• Motion graphics or animation.
• Experience growing social media accounts organically.
