We are inviting suitably qualified and motivated candidates to join our academic team as Lecturers in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management.

Key Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications

• Master in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/Construction Contract/Project Management or a related discipline in addition to Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management.

2. Experience/Industrial Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level.
• Minimum 2–3 years of industrial experience.
• Registered with BQSM as PQS/CQS

3. Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Good understanding of MQA requirements and Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms such as MS Teams, Moodle, or equivalent systems.

4. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and tutorials.
• Contribute to curriculum and syllabus development.
• Provide academic advising and student counselling.
• Engage industry relation activities.

Salary

• From RM3,500 per month (negotiable subject to qualification/experience).
